A user needs to specify the COMPLETE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.

The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof.

The customer is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.

Secure Packaging
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure that we deliver the products to you safely. Once the product passes the quality checks, it is packed, whether in a transparent plastic bag or a drawstring bag, and covered with bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners, such as Bring AS and Helthjem. The choice of delivery partner will depend on the package weight and size. Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days.
