2. Order
When you have completed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find information about the product(s), price, billing address, and shipping address. Please note that if any of the ordered products are out of stock, especially when it comes to exclusive items, you will also receive a notification of this in the order confirmation.

3. Price
We reserve the right to change/adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, and incorrect prices due to incorrect information.
2. Right to withdrawal
When you purchase goods online, you, as a customer, have a 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received the ordered item.
4.1 How to use your with of withdrawal?
You must inform that you wish to withdraw. The notice should be sent via email to post@elysian.no, and the email must include your name, address, email adress, order number, and a clear description of which product(s) the return pertains to. You should return the products to us promptly and within 14-day statutory withdrawal period.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged products.
5. Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days after you have received a confirmation email that your package has been shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
If your delivery is delayed (without prior notification of a longer delivery time), please contact us at Post@elysian.no.
5.1 Delivery Partners
Our delivery partners include Bring/Posten Norge AS and Helthjem, and your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If there is insufficient space in your mailbox, you will receive a pickup notification from the post office when your package is ready for collection. Packages sent to the post office must be collected within 7 days; otherwise, the package will be automatically returned to us. The recipient can request an extension of the pickup deadline from 7 to 14 days free of charge through the Posten App or via SMS. Please note that the recipient of the package will be billed for the return cost of 250 NOK. If the mail carrier cannot locate your mailbox or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us.
5.2 Shipping Methods
During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method as a customer. Under the description of the shipping method, you will find information about the various options. Currently, we offer "Pakke i postkassen" and "Pakke til hentested." Please be aware that the estimated delivery time may vary during periods of high delivery volume at our warehouse or with our distribution partner.
5.3 Free Shipping
As a customer, you can enjoy free shipping when you spend over 499 kr and select Bring as your shipping method.
5.4 Changes or Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may require changes or cancellations to your order. However, once an order has been packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate these requests. To increase your chances of making modifications, we recommend that customers reach out to our customer service team at post@elysian.no as soon as possible.
While we are committed to assisting customers with their requests, please understand that our warehouse operates with a strong focus on efficiency to ensure timely deliveries. Your cooperation in notifying us promptly is greatly appreciated.
5.5 Error in the Delivery
Did you receive the wrong package? Does it not match what you ordered? Please contact us immediately at Post@elysian.no.
5.6 Damage to the Delivery
If you discover damage to the delivery when picking up the package at a collection point, it is best to complete a damage report at the location and return the damaged package to them. Alternatively, you can approach the counter at the post office for a quicker resolution. This also applies if there is no damage to the outer packaging. The damage report is necessary for us to file a claim with the postal service.
Please do not return damaged packages directly to us, as the damage will not be registered by Bring/Posten Norge AS. However, if you have received a damaged product in your mailbox, you don't need to file a damage report. Instead, please send us an email at Post@elysian.no and feel free to include a photo. Do not discard the products and packaging until the issue is resolved.
6. Complaint
Complaint rights cover goods that have defects in accordance with consumer laws. If you discover that the item is faulty when you receive your order, you should contact us at post@elysian.no as soon as possible. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely. You can have the right to file a complaint about products purchased on the website within two years of receiving the product.
In the event of a warranty claim, the item will always be replaced with a new one. If this option cannot be used, we offer a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if it is determined that the product is not damaged, faulty, or in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a warranty claim, we follow Norwegian
